Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr. Sales Executive/Ast. Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of land, building relationships with potential buyers, and contributing to our growth in the vibrant Uttarkhan market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels, including networking, social media, and referrals.
- Present and promote land opportunities to clients, highlighting unique selling points and investment potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular reports on progress and forecasts.
