Education:

  • Master’s degree or Ph.d in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification in Credit Management or real estate-related courses is a plus.

Experience

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in credit management, accounts receivable, or real estate finance.
  • Experience in managing credit for large real estate transactions (e.g., property sales, commercial leases).Familiarity with real estate financing models, payment structures, and contract terms. Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess credit risk.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, particularly in dealing with clients and contractors.
  • Proficiency in real estate software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of real estate laws, property transactions, and financial regulations. Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving departmental goals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payment disputes effectively.

Job Context:

‘Ashiyan Lands Development Ltd’, sister concern of Ashiyan Group is looking for a dynamic academic professional for the position ” Assistant Manager – Credit Realization Department (Real Estate)” We are seeking the application from the competent professionals who have adequate knowledgeable of this following area.

Key Responsibilities:

Credit Collection and Recovery:

  • Oversee the collection of payments from property buyers, tenants, and clients as per agreed terms and schedules.
  • Ensure timely recovery of dues for both residential and commercial real estate transactions, including down payments, monthly installments, and final payments.
  • Work closely with clients to resolve payment delays, negotiate payment terms, and offer solutions (e.g., installment plans) where applicable.

Credit Risk Management:

  • Assess and monitor the creditworthiness of clients before finalizing transactions (e.g., homebuyers, investors, tenants).
  • Collaborate with the finance and legal teams to identify and manage potential risks related to clients’ payment histories and defaults. Review and adjust credit limits, terms, and conditions for clients to reduce the risk of non-payment.

Management and Supervision:

  • Supervise and guide a team of credit officers responsible for the daily management of credit accounts and collection efforts.
  • Provide training, support, and performance evaluations to team members to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all credit realization processes.

Dispute Resolution and Client Engagement:

  • Address and resolve payment-related disputes, including miscommunications on property prices, payment schedules, or contract terms.
