Responsibilities & Context

Organizational Development (OD):

  • Assist in designing and executing OD strategies to foster a high-performance, inclusive, and agile organizational culture.
  • Work with leadership teams to align organizational goals with employee development programs.
  • Facilitate change management processes to support organizational transformation and development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with departments to assess workforce capabilities, manage employee engagement, and promote cultural alignment.

Training & Development:

  • Design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive employee training programs focused on skill development, leadership, and performance improvement.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and develop tailored training plans.
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal and external training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.
  • Assess training outcomes by gathering feedback, analyzing learning data, and ensuring alignment with business goals.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Develop and manage reporting frameworks to track the performance and impact of OD and training initiatives.
  • Produce detailed reports on training effectiveness, organizational development progress, and key employee performance metrics.
  • Analyze data on employee performance, engagement, and satisfaction to inform decision-making and drive improvements in HR practices.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to talent development, learning outcomes, and employee retention.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to generate reports for management review and recommend corrective actions where needed.

Performance Management:

  • Support the implementation of performance management systems, including goal-setting, appraisals, and continuous feedback.
  • Assist managers in developing performance improvement plans and coaching strategies.
  • Contribute to succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and supporting their career development through structured programs.

Employee Engagement & Culture Development:

  • Organize employee engagement activities, workshops, and initiatives to boost morale and retention.
  • Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to assess and improve workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with HR to roll out initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
