Responsibilities & Context

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven professional to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of diesel generators, building relationships with key customers, and providing market insights to support our growth in the power solutions sector.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and engage potential clients to expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, particularly in the RMG, Textile, and production industries.
  • Present our diesel generator solutions to clients, highlighting their benefits and unique selling points.
  • Prepare sales proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring clear terms and mutual benefit.
  • Act as the go-to person for client inquiries, ensuring quick resolutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for business growth.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to support sales from initial contact to project completion.
  • Keep management updated with sales forecasts, performance, and strategies for improvement.
