Responsibilities & Context
Maintain booking process as per daily shipments plan. Check all cargo points & load processes.
Handle export vehicle loading and export documents are bolt seal record maintenance.
Ensure housekeeping for all the production. Ensure daily export reports are published.
Ensure filing and keeping records of all export documents.
Ensure shipments-related documentation and register are updated.
Inspect all the goods and packing list signature of merchandiser & audit team for ok to ship.
Inspect passed goods are received & on time shipped.
Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations.
Ensure daily shipments vehicles’ moisture is checked.
Export goods PO item-wise loading to make the process smoother
