Planning for procurement in collaboration with AGM, Supply Chain.
Need to visit and travels frequently for developing source, improving coordination among suppliers and maintaining long-lasting relationships with them as well as existing suppliers.
Obtaining quotes from different suppliers and prepare comparative statement.
Timely creating Purchase Order, billing etc. Negotiating price, quantity, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Visit different market frequently to collect price quotations and samples for the required items.
Find out new different sources for procurement of items in competitive price.
Procurement of various items from different markets as instructed by management.
Preparation of procurement plan for the project with AGM, Supply Chain.
Preparation of PR tracker and maintain properly and update to AGM, Supply Chain.
Responsible for ensuring all logistics supports Field Offices for smooth operation as per procurement plan.
Ensure quality goods Procurement Information dissemination about market Documentation and record keeping of procurement related data.
Monitor and verify all assets are utilized properly Collect information from different market.
Verify markets and pass the correct information to the beneficiaries as well as project team to ensure the best goods with the approved amount.
Documentation and record keeping Prepare annual supplier/vendor evaluation report to HOD Any other job assigned by the Head of Department.
