Responsibilities & Context
- Lead and guide a team to achieve departmental targets.
- Conduct site visits and promote products through targeted project selection.
- Grab new projects and ensure smooth conversion handover.
- Follow up on sales leads from SRs and dealers.
- Build and manage strong relationships with engineers and project influencers.
- Organize events, loyalty programs, and influencer engagement activities.
- Handle complaints and arrange material tests in BUET,KUET,RUET, CUET,DUET, LGED & others technical university.
- Oversee technical issues.
- Maintain engineer database and submit detailed monthly activity reports.
