Context:

At Travel Mentor, we are dedicated to providing top-notch travel solutions, including visa services, travel tickets, hotel bookings, and tour packages to destinations worldwide. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Travel Agency Assistant Manager to drive growth.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the daily activities of the agency, including visa processing, ticketing, and bookings, to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

• Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, and conducting performance evaluations to ensure high productivity.

• Managing & apply hotel bookings, air ticketing, and other reservations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Must have working experience in USA, Canada, Australia, UK and Schengen county visa processing, computer skills and expert in client management.
