• Age 27 to 40 years

• Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.

• Ability to handle multiple student files, manage deadlines, and ensure accuracy.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to counsel students and parents effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems.

• Prior team-leading experience will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities & Context

• Provide expert guidance to students regarding student visa applications and document preparation.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, visa procedures, and policy changes.

• Coordinate with students, universities, and embassies to ensure smooth processing.

• Assist in organizing student interviews, pre-departure briefings, and visa documentation workshops.

• Review student files to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.

• Supervise junior visa advisors and support staff as required.

• Maintain high levels of customer service and follow up with students regularly.

• Prepare and submit regular reports to the management team.
