The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Architecture Firm, Dyeing Factory

Coordinating and following-up with the relevant merchandising, commercial, and departments on all issues pertaining to the delivery of scheduled materials.
Supervising all processes in the raw material stores to ensure all receiving goods are in acceptable quality and condition and escalate the issues against the non-compliance
Controlling the inventory and recording on time to ensure that all relevant information and records are updated and maintained in an accurate manner to facilitate decision making.
Stores should be maintained with the 5s Standard. The stock must be displayed properly and should be easily traceable. Visual sign boards, identifications has to be maintained accurately to provide a better outlook and efficient execution of the operation
Coordinating with the merchants, commercial, supply chain, and finance on discrepancies in material receipts to resolve such issues.
Monitoring stock levels and ensuring that required stock levels are maintained to facilitate the internal requirements.
Attending relevant production related meetings to identify issues that need to be addressed and to obtain information on special requirements for materials for future orders.
Ensuring that safety procedures are adopted effectively to minimize incidents / accidents.
Ensure that periodic stock verifications are carried out under accepted procedure.
Any other responsibility assigned by the management based on the operational requirements
