Responsibilities & Context

Act as the primary liaison between the company and regulatory authorities including DLS, Fisheries, and Environmental departments.

Ensure timely preparation and submission of documents required for registration, approval, and renewal of veterinary, fisheries, and agrovet products.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local regulatory guidelines, government circulars, compliance updates, and any changes in law that may impact the business.

Coordinate and follow up with government officials for product registration, import permits, and other related regulatory approvals.

Prepare necessary technical and legal documentation for environmental clearance and compliance certifications.

Work in close coordination with R&D, QA, and marketing departments to support product registrations and new product launches.

Represent the company in regulatory inspections, audits, or official meetings with government agencies.

Monitor and ensure company-wide adherence to regulatory protocols to avoid non-compliance or legal penalties.

Maintain proper filing, documentation, and database of all licenses, correspondences, and certificates.
