Fast React System Planning & Control

Maintain Fast React Planning board for 100+ lines across multiple production units.
Create accurate Time & Action (T&A) calendars for lingerie orders with high detailing.
Input style-specific SMVs, line efficiencies, and resource profiles into the system.
Update capacity plans dynamically based on order changes, absenteeism, or breakdowns.

Master Planning & Order Allocation

Convert forecasts and buyer confirmations into actionable production plans.
Allocate orders based on product type, sewing line specialization, and skill matrix.
Monitor sewing line capacities and optimize resource distribution to minimize idle time.

Daily & Weekly Production Scheduling

• Issue daily line plans with clear output targets based on Fast React outputs.
• Monitor actual vs. planned performance and take real-time corrective actions.
• Coordinate pre-production approvals (PP meetings, sample handovers) in line with plan.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Merchandising, Industrial Engineering, Cutting, Finishing, and QA to ensure on-time readiness of materials, trims, and manpower.
• Liaise with IE to understand operator efficiency and SAM validation for lingerie styles.
• Participate in daily production meetings and critical path reviews.
Reporting & Performance Review
• Generate dashboards for capacity utilization, OTDP, line balancing, and shipment risks.
• Provide strategic inputs to senior management for risk mitigation and plan adjustment.
• Conduct periodic reviews of Fast React data integrity and planning discipline.
