Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Planning:
- Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with senior management to set marketing objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Campaign Management:
- Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and social media.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
- Oversee the creation of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, and social media posts.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials that effectively communicate the brand’s value proposition.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and product launches.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
- Utilize CRM software to manage and analyze customer interactions and data.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular marketing reports that track the progress of campaigns and the overall marketing strategy.
- Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and contribute to strategic planning.
