Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong understanding of yarn types, specifications, and applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint , Outlook Express).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Should be able to work under pressure and achieve target.
The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality to lead the business.
Established network of contacts in the textile industry.

Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to achieve sales targets for sweater yarn.
Develop new customers/Potential Customers (sweater Factory/Buying house) to increase yarn orders volume so candidates should be able to achieve half year/yearly sales target
To expand the business by creating new customer & maintain relationship with the potential key person of sweater industry.
Follow the update on bulk yarn production status, sampling, lab dips information being provided by the buyers.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to management.
Work to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.
Must be Sincere, Dedicated, Target Oriented, Diligent, Committed & Time bound.
