Responsibilities & Context
- Receive & Prepare parcel accurately for sending to customer.
- Prepare QC file to check all the necessary info.
- Ensure support to merchandising supervisor for development and production.
- Check development sample as per customer requirements.
- Follow-up required lab dips, sample & accessories.
- Correspond with the customer and Factory.
- Manage additional duties and projects that the management assigns you.
