- Sound knowledge of garment manufacturing, fabrics, trims, and merchandising processes.
- Good communication skills in English (written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities & Context
A leading 100% export-oriented apparel manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic and motivated Assistant Merchandiser to join its Merchandising team.
- Assist in managing apparel orders from product development to shipment.
- Coordinate with international buyers, factories, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, fabrics, trims, and accessories.
- Monitor production progress and ensure timely execution of orders.
- Prepare merchandising reports, order status updates, and related documentation.
- Support buyer communication and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure on-time delivery.
