Summary

Education

Bachelor/Masters in Textile Engineering or BBA/MBA in Apparel Merchandising from a reputed university.

Experience

At least 3 years

Additional Requirements

The candidate should be technically sound in the Garment manufacturing process, market survey and negotiation.
Good Knowledge in costing and product development.
Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.

Monitoring and sourcing complete sample, lab dips, accessories, trims from home & abroad and communicate with various suppliers to get the current price
Maintain all relevant merchandising communication, order files, reports etc
Monitoring for individual orders from beginning to shipment and ensuring orders are delivered on time with quality
Follow-up production as per approved T & A
Maintain style-wise data and requirement sheet
Monitor and follow up on daily production activities as per production
Follow up & Coordination with the Production, Quality, and Commercial Department.
Maintain required database and prepare required reports and presentations.
Perform all other jobs assigned by the Line Manager/Department Head.
