- Able to manage field operation team.

- Must have a good understanding of the technologies and standards.

- Be available for any on call emergency coverage for fiber restoration year-round.
- Must be able to differentiate Fiber color codes.
- Proficient in the operation of all related fiber tools and equipment.
- Excellent customer presentation and service skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deadline environments.
- Ability to translate highly technical information to end user customers and staff.
- Ability to communicate with other staff.
- Ability to handle on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities & Context
- Perform site survey of remote locations to ensure quality installation of all racks, equipment power plants, fiber cable, etc. Report any and all defects to the Higher Key.
- Participate in on-call rotation schedule for nights and weekends.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.
- Work outdoors in all kinds of weather and at all times of the day or night
- Work performed near power lines and electricity.
- Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
- Coordinate with network operation team to ensure rollout plan and service delivery.
- Manage field operation team and report to line Manager.
- Splicing fiber cable for large cable transfers·
- Graphical Design for Cable maintenance, Connection testing.
- Serve as a technical resource for staff on all fiber related areas and technical procedures.
- As the PoP In-charge, he will be accountable for all aspects of PoP maintenance and related responsibilities.
- He is also expected to perform any additional tasks assigned by his Supervisor/Team Leader.
