Responsibilities & Context

• Monitoring Vehicle load and unload
• Prepare & check Challan, VAT
• Optimum utilization of vehicle
• Housekeeping & Preloading
• Daily delivery challan received
• Collect delivery demand from market
• Plan delivery schedule;
• Arrange vehicle for the delivery
• Contact with factory for product availability
• Participate monthly physical inventory
• Check dealer wise undelivered & communicate with the customer/sales team for delivery
• Assisting customer and sales team with accurate information of depot stock for making DO
