Additional Requirements

Assist to prepare a complete work plan for Electrical/ Mechanical Maintenance & development work besides supervising all Electrical/Mechanical installation work, Electrical/Mechanical schedule maintenance work & keep proper record.
To carry out schedule/ preventive maintenance of electrical & mechanical part of the plant.
Monitoring fuel system, steam system, compressed air system and other areas of plant to minimize the consumption machinery inside the factory.
The candidate needs to conduct day to day functions of all electrical & mechanical works of most modern machinery.
Supervise a team of Electrical/Mechanical and utility staff, providing leadership and guidance.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for Electrical/Mechanical systems and utility equipment to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot Electrical/Mechanical and utility-related issues and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all Electrical/Mechanical and utility operations.
Monitor energy consumption and implement energy-saving initiatives.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
