- Provide end-user support for desktops/laptops, including software, OS, MS Office, email, internet
- Set up, reconfigure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, and network printers.
- Support Wi-Fi/wired network connectivity, cabling, IP configuration, and troubleshoot fiber/radio link issues across site buildings.
- Set up and support IP phones, PABX IDs, and A/V systems in meeting and conference rooms.
- Install, configure, and maintain NTP clocks; resolve time synchronization issues.
- Assist in executing IT infrastructure projects, including LAN setup and facility expansion.
- Configure and support CCTV systems (cameras, NVRs, VMS) and download video footage.
- Assist in biometric access control systems, user registration, and device & user tracking.
- Perform IT devices preventive maintenance and coordinate device repairs with vendors.
- Maintain records of IT inventory and perform regular physical inventory checks.
