  • Have experience in preparing Muster Roll, Payment File and preparing CBT report after cash distribution.
  • Sound knowledge and strong skills in Performance Management and staff development.
  • Strong skills in Networking and liaison with local counterparts.
  • Strong reporting skills and knowledge of relevant computer packages.
  • Have written and verbal communication skills in English and Bangla.
  • Ability to cope up and mix with multicultural people and multi-tasks.
  • Profecient language in Bangla, English & Chittagong.

Responsibilities & Context

Supervision and Management of Homestead Gardening:

  • Provide the day-to-day management and support in the block base operation.
  • Ensure proper record keeping.
  • Maintain attendance in MoDA, preparing muster roll and distribute cash (CBT) among beneficiaries.
  • Ensure safety and security of the Inputs.
  • Organize skills development training for the beneficiaries followed by input support.
  • Staff supervision, management and development of the staff involved in project operation.
  • Monitor & evaluate the progress and take corrective measures.
  • Ensure effective & efficient use of resources.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of program logistics/ funds to field staff.
  • Create congenial/friendly working environment for all staff members and learning culture.
  • Provide technical support to staff members through coaching, mentoring, feedback etc.
  • Enhance team bondage and team spirit.

    Liaison and partnership:

  • Liaise and coordinate with relevant line agencies, stakeholders and project participants, especially with the CICs, ACiCs and site-management and donors.
  • Attend meetings/ events organized externally and represent the project and Cordaid properly.

    Monitoring, documentation and reporting:

  • Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Ensure that copies of important communications, documents and reports are filed and stored and circulated appropriately.

    Ensure compliance, integrity & safety security policy of the donor and Cordaid Monitoring, Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain the Code of Conduct and all other policies and procedures of the organization.
  • Ensure integrity policy of both donor and Cordaid.
  • Follow and ensure the safety security policy Monitoring, documentation and reporting.
  • Timely reporting as per the donor and organizational requirements.
  • Maintain risk register and follow the feedback of the donor as well as Cordaid Dhaka office.
  • Ensure integrity policy of both donor and Cordaid.
  • Follow and ensure the safety security policy.
