Job responsibility will include assisting the Head of Legal and the Management with any entrusted works.
Responsibilities & Context
Drafting & vetting Bank conveyances, plaints and petitions.
Sound knowledge of Banking and relevant laws.
Providing legal opinion on property and banking issues.
Monitoring court cases and giving depositions.
Writing memos and reports.
Briefing law firms and keeping liaison with them.
