Responsibilities & Context
- Attend all issues with sales team and support instantly.
- Follow up all production unit and report accordingly.
- Follow up Buyers visit.
- Obtain orders and incur revenue for the company.
- Production follow up to execute the order and report.
- Collect samples / new items from the Buyers / Sales team for development.
- Attend all complain from externally and internally and communicate with authority for decision and resolve.
- Prepare Buyer-wise data/value/volume etc and report.
