Responsibilities & Context
Assist in establishing Operational Excellence (OPEX) for plant.
Ensure 5S & Regular check OPEX activity.
Conduct Daily operation meeting and OPEX center activity.
Assist in Time study analysis for all types of functional machines.
Set Standard minute value (SMV).
Identify efficiency and utilization of manpower and machines .
Assist in analyzing daily work in progress (WIP) and comparing with planned efficiency.
Assist in New product development Strategy, and drive the deployment of that strategy through tactical planning and execution.
