Requirements

Education
B.Sc in Food Science/Food Technology from any reputed institution.

Experience

• 1 to 2 years

• Ability to achieve production target within short lead time;
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and quality control;
• Dealing with workers;
• Quick problem-solving ability;
• Strong analytical and communication ability;
• Good knowledge in Computer specially in MS Office, Internet etc.
• Good command in Bengali and English.
• Should be self-driven, result oriented, hard-working;
• High level of professional integrity.

Responsibilities & Context

i. Ensure that production runs smoothly and efficiently;

ii. Ensure achieving production target within the timeline;

iii. Ensure product quality within acceptable quality parameter;

iv. Inspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctions;

v. Ensure wastage within tolerance level;

vi. Strictly follow the systems and procedure as per SOP;

vii. Troubleshooting production problems and coordinate for solutions;

viii. Support in improving productivity, product quality, process loss & production cost control etc.

ix. Ensure that required hygiene and sanitation process is followed in production area;

x. Assist to ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols for production floor;

xi. Maintain health and safety standards in production unit;

xii. Coordinating with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products;

xiii. Motivate and train workers for their skill development;xiv.  Maintain accurate production records and submit reports on time.
