Education

The candidate should have Diploma in Fisheries with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.50 or equivalent result in all academic examinations. (Age, Education and Experience will be relaxed for the potential candidates).

Additional Requirements

Fisheries production related any degree will be given preference.
Communication skill, Analytical ability, Production staff supervision, Hardworking, computer operation.
Reporting Production knowledge, Comprehensive knowledge on fish nursery and grow out farming.
Work under pressure, Labor Management

Assist in Hatchery operation (spawning, hatching, and rearing of carp) and ensuring proper incubation conditions and post-hatch care.
Assist brood management and selection for breeding
Prepare plan and distribute fish feed, fertilizer, monitor feeding behavior, and adjust diets based on fish size and stage of brood development.
Observe Brood fish for signs of illness or distress, administer treatments as needed, and record health data.
Regularly test and analyze water parameters (pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, etc.) to maintain optimal conditions for Brood fish growth and health.
Maintain accurate records of fish growth, feeding, health, and other relevant data.
Perform general maintenance tasks to keep the hatchery clean and in good working order.
Assist to spawn weighting, packaging, sale and distribution and reporting
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the program’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
