- Experience in deposit mobilization and customer service within Bank/financial institutions will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are required.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.
Responsibilities & Context
- Achieve assigned business targets related to deposit mobilization and advances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Deliver responsive and high-quality customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and convert them into service improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML), fraud prevention, and customer protection policies.
- Monitor and ensure all branch-related expenses are processed according to company policy and procedures.
- Maintain effective coordination and teamwork within the branch and across related departments.
- Prepare and submit daily operational and business reports accurately and on time.
- Support branch operations and ensure smooth execution of banking activities.
