ইস্পাহানী ইসলামিয়া চক্ষু চিকিৎসা কেন্দ্র – A Service Delivery Point (SDP) of The Ispahani Islamia Eye Institute and Hospital (IIEI&H) looking for energetic, dynamic and enthusiastic person for the following position:

Assistant Ophthalmic Technician

Major Responsibilities:

• Ophthalmic Diagnostic Testing / Ophthalmic Clinical task/ Ophthalmic Eye camp activities: Perform vision tests (aided and unaided), visual field tests, Colour vision test, Sac Patency Test, IOP, Superficial FB removal, Stich removal from skin, Conjunctival Pseudo-Membrane peeling, Epilation, Biometry, Topography and other diagnostic procedures to assess eye health.
• Patient Preparation: Preparing patients for eye exams and procedures, including taking patient histories and administrating pupil dilating drops.
• Medication Administration: Administering eye drops, dilating drops, topical anaesthetic drops and other topical medications as directed by the ophthalmologist.
• Procedure Assistance: Assisting the ophthalmologist during procedures, such as surgery or laser treatments.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintaining and cleaning ophthalmic equipment.
• Patient Education: Educating patients on eye care practices, including using eye drops and protecting eyes from damage.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining patient records, including test results and medical history.
