Responsibilities & Context
- Collect the Production Data from all the Dept. every day and prepare daily production report.
- Review PO sheet & delivery dates.
- Prepare Monthly & Weekly Line Plans.
- Ensure all planning information is accurately maintained on ERP Software and Update/analyze/review all the reports accordingly.
- Assist in developing alternative plans for line feeding or urgent requirements.
- Generate reports on Line Plan achievement & Plan vs. Actual production also monitor fabric & accessories status.
- Maintain email communication with all the respective departments.
- Check Line Balance & take necessary steps for WIP status in cutting, sewing, finishing & packing.
- Assist in preparing necessary report as per management requirement.
Skills & Expertise
Knowledge of ERP Software System is Mandatory
