Responsibilities & Context
- Actively coordinating inventory movement, timely requisitions, and periodical spare parts health checkups.
- Overall planning of printing jobs of new/ received/ scheduled orders of customers on narrow webs, coordination functions among sections production metal packing daily.
- Attending customer feedback, and complaints and devising optimum solutions for better customer service.
- Assist Management in developing new products with an emphasis on ensuring business viability from a production point of view.
- Wastage reduction.
- Supervising technical staff.
- Work closely with production, quality, and other departments to align maintenance activities with overall operational goals and minimize machine downtime.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Any other relevant task assigned by department head.
