Assistant – Production

Requirements

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Mechanical Engineering, or Automobile Engineering from a reputed university.

Experience

At most 2 years
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

Age 24 to 30 years

Proficiency in MS Office applications is required.

Experience in using ERP systems will be an added advantage.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities & Context

Coordinate daily production planning and execution to achieve production targets.

Prepare and monitor daily, monthly, and long-term production plans and reports.

Ensure compliance with organizational standards, quality requirements, and operating procedures (OPS).

Monitor SMQCD performance and implement corrective actions to improve quality, cost, delivery, and efficiency.

Analyze production issues using PDCA, 5W2H, and Root Cause Analysis, and implement effective countermeasures.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Maintain shop floor discipline and 3S standards while coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

Support employee skill development through training and perform any other duties assigned by management
