Responsibilities & Context
- Assist to increase production efficiency with quality standards through developing production process/techniques.
- Execute production plan for maximum production efficiency & monitor the line performance.
- Ensure pre-production meeting with production team in every new order.
- Follow up the order sheet according to color and quantity before preparing production schedule for printing.
- Assist to Line balancing should be done everyday morning.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved on the sewing floor.
- Liaison among different sections of the factory.
