Responsibilities & Context

To support its continuous growth, we’re looking for a committed & performance driven candidate who will do the following responsibilities-
- Preparing the annual seed production budget and execute as per set standards by the program.
- Execute production program by aligning right quality, quantity, cost, time and source target
- Suitable block (land) selection for smooth execution of production target through contract growers’ systems
- Ensure quality seed production by aligning required cultural management as per approved standard operating procedures.
- Arrange capacity building training /on the job coaching for strengthening skills of contract growers
- Implementing trial for identifying the performance of different inputs like planting materials, fertilizers, pesticides etc. for ensuring superior performance.
- Execute contract growers’ management process for realizing loan in against of different inputs or any other cash advance related to the production program.
- Building strong relationships with DAE, SCA, BADC and other stakeholders for strengthening program activities.
