Responsibilities & Context

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct comprehensive testing of platforms to ensure functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Perform regular late-night UATs to validate new features and updates
• Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

Service Operations:

• Manage and resolve complaint tickets, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve operational issues.
• Develop and implement operational processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with product, and support teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide clear and concise communication to stakeholders regarding issues, resolutions, and updates.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes, results, and operational procedures.
• Generate regular reports on QA and track performance and identify areas for improvement.
