Responsibilities & Context
- Working in the current capacity, incumbent is required to ensure adherence and work cohesively with all those in the eco system to support the manufacturing facility achieve its set objectives within the stipulated timeframe and parameters.
- In the absence of Executive, take a lead role in overseeing and ensuring seamless functioning of the unit .
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory management in RM stores by:
- Maintaining Receiving/ issuing accuracy 100% in systems
- Maintaining stock accuracy by ensuring 100%on time system posting
- Maintaining Warehouse (bin location)management accuracy 100 % .
- Diligently follow through and ensure adhere to organizational standards and warehouse processes/ procedures such as STW / SOPs to support the achievement of business objectives in an efficient manner .
- Adhere to the LSW in order to ensure smooth flow of work and achievement of set/ daily KPI’s .Be proactive and ensure daily start up meetings are held to enable problem solving and rectification of issues identified.
- Be vigilant in identifying/ foreseeing issues, work in collaboration with Senior Management and cross functional teams to resolve issues prior to escalation tonsure Zero production downtime .
- Develop a weekly schedule to ensure that the Raw Material Warehouse processes are planned for the week .
- Ensure the below set accountabilities are followed to reduce stocks related to RM:
- Maintain the optimum stock level while capturing & providing information of early deliveries of non-moving stocks to PCU, Finance & Customer Interface Team02) Adhering to standard destruction process, in-order to remove the write off & production returned stocks physically.
- Work to maintain given direct to indirect carder numbers while identifying work trends and process improvements to create an effective workload balance within the department.
