Additional Requirements

Min 3-5 years (in which Min 2 years of HVAC/VRF works).
Expertise: Site Supervision for MEP works.
Must have computer knowledge of Auto-Cad, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Additional Requirements: IEB Membership (If possible)
Should have Smartness, stamina & strong physical ability to work under pressure.
Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh

Supervise Electro-Mechanical installation activities (Like VRF, Fire Fighting, Ventilation, Substation, Generator, etc.) to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with construction teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely completion of Electro-Mechanical works.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures as necessary.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards governing Electro-Mechanical installations.

Identifying and fixing issues with VRF, Firefighting and other electro-mechanical equipment.

Ensuring that projects deliver new products or services on time, within budget, and to the appropriate quality level.

Prepare BOQ, send material requisition, Measure the work done, and check the bill for the electro-mechanical works.

Report to the manager on job progress and issues daily.
Coordinate with internal departments, external consultants, and regulatory authorities to facilitate project approvals and clearances.
Carry out any administration and clerical responsibilities as required by the job
