Additional Requirements

3-8 Years QSR/ Dine-in background of full-service restaurant management. /Retail
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Supervise daily operations and provide support in food and beverage outlets.
Develop and implement innovative programs and promotions to drive revenue and increase guest patronage.
Assist in financial budgeting and cost control to maximize profitability.
Conduct briefings, communicate targets, and provide updates to team members.
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, including labor management, inventory control, and team development.
Ensure facility and equipment maintenance aligns with company standards.
Efficiently supervise and coordinate team members’ tasks.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company safety and security policies.
Support Profit & Loss management by implementing cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking necessary corrective actions.
