Responsibilities & Context

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Support the sales team in meeting monthly and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and clients to expand market reach.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Train and guide Sales Officers to enhance their performance and skillsets.
• Address client queries and complaints promptly to ensure service excellence.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights to senior management.
