Job Context: We are hiring ASM for sales & marketing consumer’s products of our own company. To conduct in assigned areas as per Sales & Marketing plan and program to promote sales and improve operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

To manage Team (Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Sales Representative) to meet sales and revenue target with.
Developing and setting sales and marketing plan.
Must be target oriented able to fulfill responsibilities.
Setup new dealers/distributors independently and monitor existing dealers with good relationship
To search & find market gaps and take initiative to appoint dealer for coverage.
Finding and locating the potential sources for marketing and sales.
Follow up all the sales and promotional activities.
Responsible for reporting sales & market related information to superior timely with accuracy.
Collect competitor’s necessary info, activities, and strategies with the help of resource person and report to management.
Reducing the rate of ‘damage products’
Monitor and lead respective Regional Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager, and Sales Representative to achieve overall company goals.
