Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to our company Tasslock, Military Grade Automobile Security.

Responsibilities:

• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales target.
• Distribute Daily Sales target and achieve it.
• Assigning, coaching, and motivating sales staffs.
• To analyze manpower demand and lesion with HRM Department & National Sales Team on manpower issue.
• Movement scheduling of sales staffs and monitoring their movement.
• Counseling and disciplining sales staffs in assigned region.
• Visit dealer point regularly.
