Additional Requirements
- Age 30 to 35 years
Practical experience in selling fertilizers, seeds and organic fertilizers. Educational relaxation is available for candidates with maximum experience in the specified category.
Interested candidates must have a valid driving license and will be given preference if they have their motorcycle.
Responsibilities & Context
- Responsible for selling Fertilizers, PGRs, Seeds and Organic fertilizer of Shapla Crop Care Limited.
- Leading the team, developing new dealers and buyers, maintaining good relations with old dealers and buyers.
- Selecting ideal distributors, farmers and buyers.
- Maintain good relations with the Agriculture office, Government organizations and NGOs.
- Conducting promotional campaigns for fertilizers, seeds and organic fertilizers, market analysis and achieving sales targets.
- Submitting daily/weekly/monthly reports to the concerned higher authorities regularly.
