Additional Requirements

After receiving the sample, the sample Raw Materials Package will be distributed to the sample man as planned for the head of the sample.
Ensure the first-time approval of samples by maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
Expertise in pattern making and pattern correction to resolve issues effectively.
Apply production-friendly techniques to optimize processes and improve overall workflow.
Ensure that each sample meets the construction, size, fit, and quality.
Manage and coordinate the sample sewing team to create garment samples accurately and on schedule.

Plan and prioritize daily tasks for sample sewers to ensure sample deadlines are met.
Monitor and adjust workflow as necessary to manage workload and meet delivery timelines.
Track sample progress and keep relevant departments updated on sample status.
Provide training for sample sewing team members on new techniques, equipment, and quality standards.
Work closely with designers, pattern makers, and technical designers to clarify sample requirements.
Address sewing-related issues such as misaligned patterns, fabric shrinkage, and construction inconsistencies.
Provide daily sewing status updates to the sample head.
Need to publish the sample performance report with management on monthly basis.
