Requirements
Education
- Bachelor of Arts (Pass) in English, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Physics, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Biology
- Honors and Masters in the relevant subject.
Additional Requirements
- Basic IT Skills (Microsoft Office, Browsing & Email etc.)
- Gentle & good behavior is expected.
- Competency in conducting class in English will add value.
Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct engaging and informative classes following the National Curriculum (English Version).
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans and lecture materials that align with curriculum objectives.
- Evaluate students’ assignments, projects, and written work to assess comprehension and progress.
- Prepare and administer examinations, and maintain accurate records of students’ grades and performance.
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ academic progress and conduct.
- Actively participate in school events, including parent-teacher meetings, extracurricular activities, and educational outings.
- Stay updated with advancements in respective discipline and incorporate relevant technology and resources into teaching practices.
Compensation & Other Benefits
Monthly Salary will be 27,967/- (Or, Negotiable)
Two festival allowance, each equivalent to the basic salary, will be provided.
Increment will be added as per institution’s policy
