Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering

• Candidates with RHCSA/RHCE certification will be given preference.

Experience

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Software Company, IT Enabled Service, BPO/ Data Entry Firm

Responsibilities & Context

• Assist in managing and administrating Linux/Unix based servers including LDAP, Active Directory, Azure, MS 365, Firewall, Gateway, IP PBX, IT Help Desk Ticketing, Web Server (Apache & Nginx) in LAMP environment, Power DNS and Pi-hole.
• Assist in managing and administrating Windows based servers including AD, DNS, DHCP and WDS WSUS
• Participate in managing administrating virtualized platforms including VMware and Proxmox.
• Participate in managing and maintaining standard datacenter operations.
• Support in backup, recovery, and storage management operation.
• Support in managing remote office tools, orchestration tools.
• Ensure support and adherence with related policies, SOPs, audit, and compliance requirements including SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001
• Develop and maintain internal technical documentation and manuals.
• Participate in related functional and cross-functional projects.
• Build, manage & maintain relationship with respective suppliers & stakeholders.
