About Smart Academy:
Smart Academy, an outstanding educational institute, is situated at Ramganj Upazilla in Lakshmipur District. Its main objective is to bring a world-class learning system to a location where people can’t afford such a standard of education for their children.
Smart Academy plans to adopt the STEAM education system starting next academic year. The school academic system is a combination of Islamic education, strong emphasis on English language proficiency from early childhood, activity-based learning, the national curriculum, and extracurricular activities. Smart Academy developed a learning management system (LMS) by which teachers, students, parents, and school management will be able to plan, communicate, work, collaborate, and review every activity digitally using a computer, mobile phone, or any other digital device.

We are looking for an outstanding teacher of highly skilled, educated, and self-motivated and experienced in teaching the following subjects: English, Mathematics, Science, Bengali, Accounting and ICT. You must have an excellent academic background. An active learner, believe in children’s right to a competitive education, am a strong advocate of nation-building through creative learning, have been active in researching child development, Computer literate, hardworking above all, and have the dedication to create future leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and issue educational content including notes, tests, and assignments.
- Supervise classes to ensure all students are learning in a safe and productive environment.
- Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations.
- Deliver personalized instruction to each student by encouraging interactive learning.
- Plan and implement educational activities and events.
- Ensure your classroom is clean and orderly.
- Prepare and distribute periodic progress reports and semester report cards.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings.
- Evaluate and document students’ progress.
- Allocate and grade homework, assignments, and tests.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
