Educational Background:Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, or a related field.Training or coursework in secondary education is often preferred.

Subject Expertise:Strong foundational knowledge in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Statistics, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, accessible way.Ability to assist in high school-level curriculum and support students preparing for exams.

Assist Lead Teacher: Support the lead teacher in lesson planning, classroom management, and organizing learning materials.
Conduct Small Group Activities: Lead small group discussions or activities under the guidance of the lead teacher.
Provide Individual Attention: Offer extra help to students who may need additional support.
Prepare and Maintain Classroom: Help set up the classroom for daily activities and maintain a clean, organized learning environment.
Monitor Student Progress: Observe and record students’ progress, providing feedback to the lead teacher.
Engage in Classroom Management: Assist in maintaining order and discipline, ensuring students follow school and classroom rules.
Participate in Staff Meetings and Training: Attend regular meetings, professional development sessions, and training as needed.
Assist with Assessments: Help in preparing materials for assessments and assist in grading assignments when necessary.
Communicate with Parents: Occasionally provide updates to parents under the guidance of the lead teacher, if required.
Encourage Positive Behavior: Foster an inclusive, respectful, and positive atmosphere among students.
