Job Summary:

For the position of Assistant Teacher in following Subjects Bangla, English, Mathematics, ICT, G.Science, Physical Education, Physics, Chemistry, Accounting, Finance & Banking, Bangladesh & Global Studies, Bangladesh Entrepreneurship
Key Responsibilities:
- Classroom Support: Assist the lead teacher in planning, organizing, and implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Student Engagement: Help create a supportive and inclusive environment for students, providing one-on-one or small-group assistance as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and behavior; assist in preparing instructional materials.
- Behavior Management: Support in managing classroom discipline and ensuring adherence to school policies and standards.
- Supervision: Monitor students during non-classroom activities such as lunch, recess, and field trips.
- Communication: Serve as a liaison between teachers and parents when required, keeping parents informed of student progress.
- Professional Development: Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops to stay updated on teaching methodologies and educational trends.
