Responsibilities & Context
- Instruction: Planning and delivering engaging lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assessment: Evaluating student progress through tests, projects, and assignments.
- Classroom Management: Creating a positive learning environment, managing behavior, and fostering respect and collaboration among students.
- Support and Guidance: Providing academic support, addressing student needs, and sometimes offering personal and emotional guidance.
- Professional Development: Continually improving their own skills through training and workshops.
- Parental Engagement: Communicating with parents about student progress and involving them in the educational process.
