Responsibilities & Context
- Generated sales by making outbound and receiving inbound calls.
- Promote and sell ICT Bangla’s freelancing and skill development courses.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate courses.
- Follow up with leads to close sales and meet monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure target achievement.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements.
- Follow up on leads provided by the marketing team.
- Handled customer inquiries, complaints, and issues professionally.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs, Spreadsheet.
- Handling Inbound,outbound call.
